Unfortunately, in my experience they do not stand by their product after the installation is complete, and their lack of responsiveness shows that they care more about getting new customers than taking care of their existing customers. Here we are, only in mid-March, and the electricity my solar panels generate is enough to cover ALL my electricity for the month. I’m looking forward to zero electricity bills for the foreseeable future. That’s about $4000 per year that I’ll never have to pay again! Amazing savings,year after year!
Everyone at Brooklyn Solarworks was really great to work with. Mike was helpful introing the options and keeping in touch throughout, Joe and Rob were great in working through some minor hiccups with getting approvals and the correct tax credits, and Chadd was helpful in explaining how my whole system works during installation. I’m a fan of supporting local whenever possible and Brooklyn Solarworks is a great local business to support. Highly recommend!
Now that my system has been up and running for a few weeks, I thought I'd finally share my complete satisfaction. BSW made the entire process so easy. Unlike many of their Brooklyn installs, we have a pitched roof. Still, BSW did a flawless install job in just one day. The system is producing more than 100% of my energy per 24 hours, even with a plug-in hybrid vehicle. All the tax incentives have been accurate to the penny as well.
