Smoothest big, complex project I've ever done in my life. They promptly answered all of my questions about taxes, took care of every bit of paperwork, outlined multiple types of payment plans (including one where we only paid ~$3500 out-of-pocket, which won't be an option for much longer), and installed everything without a hitch. Our solar's reduced our electric bills by more than we pay on our loans by a significant amount. Also everyone is just really nice.
