They did an excellent job. Install was done superbly in a day by Chad and crew. Nate and Joe followed up with inspection; I already had the new meter so just needed a quick inspection. They got the permits pulled in no time, I was up and running in about a month. They followed up on everything, unlike some of the nightmare reviews I've read about other installers.
We had a great experience with Brooklyn Solarworks from start to finish - they were super communicative and the proposal they made was very clear and easy to understand. The worked incredibly quickly and took care of every detail of the process, from getting permits to managing the hookup to the grid to final inspection. Installation took less than a day and went incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend!
Great service! I like that they took care of all the paperwork, permit applications, etc. They have lots of information at their website. They reply quickly to emails and calls.
We are delighted with Brooklyn SolarWorks. They were very comprehensive with all the elements of the installation, clear in their explanations of the process, communicative, their management obtaining the various required permits was faster than expected and their follow up with Con Edison was exemplary. We highly recommend them.
BSW planned, received permitting, and installed our brownstone solar system quickly and without any issues. We were especially concerned that we would miss the federal deadline (has to be done by 12/31/25) for tax credit, and our entire project was completed well within the timeframe (from start to finish in about two months). Hats off to several of the BSW team, including Ana, Joe (the electrician) and Victoria.
