Everyone at Brooklyn Solarworks was really great to work with. Mike was helpful introing the options and keeping in touch throughout, Joe and Rob were great in working through some minor hiccups with getting approvals and the correct tax credits, and Chadd was helpful in explaining how my whole system works during installation. I’m a fan of supporting local whenever possible and Brooklyn Solarworks is a great local business to support. Highly recommend!
Now that my system has been up and running for a few weeks, I thought I'd finally share my complete satisfaction. BSW made the entire process so easy. Unlike many of their Brooklyn installs, we have a pitched roof. Still, BSW did a flawless install job in just one day. This was the fourth or fifth solar company I enlisted. Don't waste your time on the others, trust me. The larger companies don't know our area (flat roofs in Brooklyn), many of the companies are growing too quickly to deliver in a timely manner, the national companies don't know local laws, the smaller companies are often financial scams, and all of the others overpromised and underdelivered. SolarWorks made the process of converting to solar very easy. The process of assessing my potential energy savings to scheduling to the one day installation- was very clear and has been born out in substantial savings as well as peace of mind that I am using precious resources responsibly.
