Best company hands down! I have dealt with a lot of contractors (of all sort) this is the most professional one so far. They also work with you to match price with others (whos of course less professional).BSW is communicative, they keep you in the loop for an entire process of installing solar to DOB permit LOC. if I can give more than 5 stars I would!
Great communication, delivered a great solar system on time and as promised. They handled all the permitting and inspections -- all we had to do was provide roof access and write a check. I'm amazed at how much electricity we can generate on a Brooklyn brownstone roof! Edit: about 6 years post install, we had an issue with one of our panels. They fixed it at no cost, friendly and efficient. Cost savings from the system have been fantastic!
Brooklyn Solar demonstrates exactly why local expertise matters in the complex NYC market. Nate was incredible to work with—highly knowledgeable about nuanced Con Edison billing and able to uncover more rebates than I expected. He designed a great, high-capacity panel setup and worked around the clock to secure a discount while I was closing on the property, making the whole process seamless. Highly recommended!
