I had a great experience getting fitted for new running shoes at the Brooklyn Running Company! Ky was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to listen to my running history and past injuries before doing a full assessment of my running form. Her expertise was evident as she recommended shoes specifically for my foot anatomy and running pattern. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and her sizing advice was perfect. I left confident that I had the best possible shoe for my needs. Highly recommend!

I struggled with the rating here, but hear me out. Yes, this is a GREAT place to come if you're new to running and want knowledgeable and attentive staff to truly size you up to figure out what works best for you. You will walk, stand, squat, and lean while they observe your feet and ankles and make sure they know exactly what sort of shoe works best for you. The downside?
