I had a great experience at Brooklyn Running Company looking for a new pair of comfortable sneakers. The sales associate was very helpful in my quest for the most comfortable sneaker!

Went in to get fitted for running shoes. I made one lap, and from that alone they told me what I needed. They put me in stability shoes. Turns out I didn’t need that amount of stability from the shoe they recommended me. Now my calves are screwed up and they have been since November. I’ve been trying to run ever since but I cannot do long distances right now since my calves are in pain the next day. Overall a very pleasant experience. I was treated with a very welcoming employee who asked me about my running goals and found appropriate shoes in my size. I left the store with a pair of shoes I really like. The only issue being that the shoes I bought from this store was about $30-40 cheaper on Amazon. The service was great and I’m happy to support an independent business, but I do wish the price difference wasn’t as substantial. $30-40 is quite a difference!
