I change to them because someone told me it was a good taxi company but for my experience with them is not 3 times they confirm my trip and then suddenly they cancel and send it back why if they told me I can book with them they cancel I feel discrimination with the people of MAS they call me the same day to cancel never again I will recomend this company very unprofessional service
This place is HORRIBLE. Always late and even with scheduled medicaid patients that go to dialysis same time 3 days a week they are terrible. Wait time is ridiculous. Do not ise

That taxi service is terrible. They should have their license revoked, as they cause patients to miss their medical appointments. There have been several instances where they failed to pick me up, lying and claiming they had called me beforehand when they hadn't. I urge the authorities to monitor them closely, as they are trifling with patients' health. They are constantly lying. If you don't miss your trip, don't use it.
