Driver sexually assaulted me I called the base to complain they just hang up on me won’t take a report won’t give me the drivers name nothing STAY AWAY

Number one the driver came too early dealing with a child whom on the spectrum is hard get him on time Two she spoke no English Three homegirl almost twice got into accident driving Four she was on the phone while driving I will be calling medicad transportation about this so not use them

Don’t ever get this car service, when you try to call them to see when your car is coming, they lie and lie and say they call when they really didn’t and they try to hang up the phone from you when they know they are lying and they are very unprofessional, horrible car service ever. Even when you try to call the people who suppose to send you the car, they rude as hell, don’t ever book them.

I also like everyone else here has had a very familiar experience but we have to complain with MAS so that we can get them removed and non medically customers should report to the Better Business Bureau. This company is unacceptable and should be stopped ASAP! Rated -0
