This company is horrible. I was watching alive. The girl was getting in the car and the man was being so nasty to her on the phone. The guy that is the manager. I am assuming she was on live stream and she let us hear him talk to her aggressive, and his name is Mike. He is very mean I would trust this company if it was the last company standing
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM they are very rude and very mean they have no professionalism. They don’t care about how they talk to anyone and anyone who books with them will have a horrible experience. They’re never on time. They don’t know how to talk to anyone and they don’t know how to accommodate their people that spend their hard earned money to trust them to get them to their destination. This is by far the worst transportation company I’ve ever dealt with. The level of unprofessionalism from both the manager and the employees is absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled a ride to a very important appointment, and not only were they extremely late (my appointment was at 2:00 PM and they didn’t show up until 2:30 PM), but they also lied repeatedly about trying to contact me — the manager claimed he called me five times, yet I never received a single call.
