This is an absolutely beautiful community that houses both assisted living and memory care. The food is incredible!! The new administrative team is present, diligent in addressing any concerns and is making even more improvements in the building. The amenities are plentiful and the residents all seem so happy and engaged.
Do NOT place your loved ones here if you care about them. Neglect is rampant, from management to the care givers. They do provide the care they promise or that your loved one deserves.
This place is beautiful! Went in for an interview. From the receptionist to the CNAs to the interviewer, were very nice. I did see the need for extra staff, but saw 2 nurses say kindly, "we'll figure it out", and walked towards their hallway which is the kind of teamwork I like to see. The place doesn't smell. Everything is new, spacious. Wasn't there enough to notice anything negative. I didn't see staff sitting around doing nothing like some reviews say.
Beware! This place has no right to be treating these people this way. They neglect their residents, they lie to you so much when trying to move in about things they provide and how our family member will be happy here which is a total lie. The few people I have spoken with are miserable and wanna get out but the management con their families into them staying.
