I’ve lived here for about six months and so far I’ve had THIRTEEN maintenance requests. The problems range from bugs, broken cabinets, wedged shut doors, burner on the stove not working, and faulty vents to BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER AND MULTIPLE CEILING LEAKS/MOLD ON THE CEILING. **Worth reading. Please do not scroll** I normally do not leave reviews, but after living here for nearly 3 years, I feel obligated to warn other renters about my experience. The biggest issue for me has been management’s lack of urgency regarding resident health and safety concerns. Most recently, the over-the-range microwave in my apartment completely detached from the wall while I was gone, crashed onto the stove, turned multiple burners on by itself, and then shattered across my kitchen floor. Billed me for replacement appliances that were functioning and cleaned before leaving. Did not respond when reached out to about this and instead sent it straight to collections, massively hurting my score.
