Lived here for one year. Experienced roaches, Hallways always smell like cigarette smoke in the buildings, list goes on for a “luxury” apartment. Flash forward a whole year after being moved out and I get hit with a random $1400 collection. No context no nothing. No emails. I have called multiple times asking for answers and have got multiple “I’ll call back’s” and still nothing. Great place if you want screwed over and want to pay luxury pricing for section 8 housing!
Everytime i walk into or drive by Brooklyn Place i can see how well maintained the facility is, i have several friends that live there and boast about their living situation. From what i see, its a great place to live, clean facilities, plenty to do around the complex and a peaceful/luxurious way of renting. Josh does an amazing job making sure the facility is maintained to standard and keeping the residents around him happy. I would highly recommend checking this place out!!
