Big shout-out to Sam who was so friendly and amazing. He sounded very passionate about how their pizza is made and gave a really nice rundown of how they make it and how everything is fresh. One of the best NY style pizzas I've had overall, and the best in Texas for sure. The cheese has a nice slightly salty flavor and is the orange hue with those little small cheese grease areas.
