Everything was ok the first few times but last time was horrible. Young staff need less chat time at the register with friends and more time listening to customers to get the orders even semi correct. Not again for a while. No management on site to even speak to. Eat at your own risk of annoyance and displeasure. Also the price at night you might as well go to a sit down. Got a togo cake that was smashed in pieces when I got home and opened it great!
Love this place great pizza
We typically love the pizza here, and the workers are friendly. We mostly order for pickup, and being from the northeast, love the New York style pizza. We were disappointed today when they got our order incorrect and when we called them, they didn’t offer a discount coupon or anything to make up for the mistake. Still great pizza, but we expect a bit more in customer service.
Store messed up my order and then girl argued with me about the mistake. My family will never eat at Brooklyn again.
