I went to this place for the first time yesterday and I was really looking forward to wonderful Brooklyn style pizza because there's not many of these spots in the New Orleans area. Well you really do get Brooklyn style pizza PLUS the attitude. The guy who was working the counter and making the pizzas lacks customer service skills. A group of friends went to Brooklyn Pizzeria last night and had 2 coupons..upon one of us ordering the owner said we couldn't use both coupons at the same time. He was very ugly about it when explaining this. After we said we had separate orders I asked if he was going to let me use my coupon and he said, "since you're being an a$$, I guess so"...after that verbal abuse, I took the coupon back and told everyone I was not going to be treated like this and we were leaving. I have liked this place since Airline Hwy. I purchased some coupon on Half price mall radio. I have used 2 of the 4 I bought. My friends and I had a girl's night and we went there to use our other coupons. We were met rudely by the owner, he actually used foul language. I wanted my coupon back and leave with 8 ladies. He refused to give it back or honor it. To say the least we were upset, called police. He then followed us outside and called us a bunch of ******** Boycott this place!!!!

they have great pizza as close as it gonna get to new york pizza.. well worth money...if you lived in new york or visted and ate N.Y. pizza you will have to agree with me when it comes to this pizza. Go try it... like i said its well worth it.
I hand surgery and my husband got me Brookly pizza so I could feed myself. It was delicious and crisp. I was able to eat with one hand. I have been back a few times as they sell pizza by the slice. Great job!
