During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind. Being in the mood for Garlic Knots, in the area, I decide to snack a bit. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. The first knot is subtle, present, though mild. Each knot thereafter is like a very soft crescendoing of garlic-y freshness building a stabling incline. Each fresh, warm knot is puffy. The establishment accepts different forms of payment and seems to have one main seating area.
My wife placed an order via Slice, they kept saying the driver was on the way, but after two hours of not showing we asked to cancel the order. Then they outright lied claiming they had delivered it and said wouldn’t refund it. Slice and the pizzaria keep pushing the responsibility to each other, both say they won’t refund the order that was never delivered. Stay away from both places.
Horrible customer service, they are extremely rude
