Carlos DosSantos is a hack, a liar, and a thief. He has nothing but talent in giving excuses for why he can't complete anything. He cannot defend the state he left my bike in. He does not belong in business, and cannot honor his word ever. Do not trust that crook.
This guy has my bike for 1year and 3 months to be exact. He tried to give me my motorcycle 3 weeks ago and the bike did not even ride and had to be sent back to him. Now he dont answer to the phone dont answer when you go to his shop and i paid him over 13k
Carlos is simply AMAZING and definitely your go-to mechanic in Brooklyn!!!! If i could i would give him 10 stars!!! Harley Davidson massed up my bike after having it the whole winter, i was desperate to find a local mechanic who could help me out and i am sooo happy i found Carlos! He even called me to troubleshoot on he's day off for over an hour on the phone and we narrow it down to what was wrong and he fixed my bike in two weeks ( most of the time was waiting on parts). This business used to be called ‘Brooklyn Motor Works’. Maybe he changed the name to avoid accountability for the BBB complaints, getting in trouble with NYS DMV, probably some legal fights with clients, maybe it was the liability after superstorm Sandy which destroyed a whole lot of bikes left in his care. Got my clutch assembly serviced here and Carlos took care of everything. By far the best bike mechanic shop this far! My bike is brand new again 🏍️💯
