Horrible business. Unfriendly, weirdly strict about their policies without being informative in advance, blames their customers for not knowing their discrete expiration dates and policies, plus u helpful instructors. Perhaps better if you are already familiar with the tools and you just punch in and out. At least the staff were friendly, though very adamant about their obscure studio rules. Such a great time with my formed. We did a jewelry making class to make our own custom rings. Highly recommend working with Serene! She was amazing! And so patient with us to make sure all our rings err perfect! Thanks!
Serene was the absolute BEST instructor!! She took time with us and made us feel that we could do this. Our rings are amazing!! I am going to wear them every day. 100% recommend the ring stacking class!
Took a pricey course a year ago and came back today to work on finishing some rings. I was turned away, being told “I would need to be a member to use the space”. That after a 1 1/2h commute ON CRUTCHES! I even called in advance and they told me to come, not telling me anything about setting up a membership to use the space. This is just inhumane and disrespectful, very poor
