Took a pricey course a year ago and came back today to work on finishing some rings. I was turned away, being told “I would need to be a member to use the space”. That after a 1 1/2h commute ON CRUTCHES! I even called in advance and they told me to come, not telling me anything about setting up a membership to use the space. This is just inhumane and disrespectful, very poor
Confidential information leaked by phone conversations. Greeded for a doubled consultation fee and threatened to forward a complete email conversation. Case reported to 311 as law violation. Do not trust one word Brian or Erin says. They don't deserve any business but going to jail!!！ Please note, Brooklyn Metal Works charges twice more than the other Jewelry Studios in town.
