Horrible about getting back and actually scheduling appointments. Dismissive. They make you go back and forth between the pharmacy and them even in emergency situations. I got better and faster higher quality care when I went to grinnell urgent care.
Great place with a comfortable small town feel. I have had great experience here with all my medical needs. Everyone is very professional and very kind. The person I see (Samantha) takes the time to listen to me to try and help me as best she can. This place is excellent!!!
