Brooklyn Kura will make you rethink that great sake is only produced in Japan. Their passion and knowledge is shown in each expression. Every pour was balanced, complex, well crafted. It’s with the trip!
The sake is great, but so are the educational courses. I took both the Introduction to Sake course and the Advanced Sake Certification here. Very informative and engaging, and you get to sample a lot of really nice sake. Highly recommend.
