We ordered a worktop from them given all the 5-star reviews and honestly wish we hadn’t. They outsource their worktops to third parties and the installers were incredibly difficult to work with. They messed up the measurements on our design, gave us a piece that was not the specified depth in our order. Then they came in to install the piece without telling us the timing, literally came to the house while our contractors were there without even giving us a heads up and left without getting the work signed off. I have worked with Brooklyn Tile & Design on quite a few projects and I have never been disappointed. Carlo and his team are fantastic. Their customer service is amazing, they are creative, and they have great products & knowledge. HIGHLY recommend them!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Luigi, Carlo and Ivette on a complete reno of my kitchen. I cannot say enough about these 3 amazing people . From the first meeting to designing the kitchen to choosing the countertops, cabinets, hardware, sink and faucet - it could not have been made any easier.
