This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. BKC makes great kayaks when they actually deliver one to you. They constantly lie and make promises they have no intention of keeping. This is a Hassidic owned company and run by men who claim to be deeply religious but obviously haven't read the commandments Moses brought down from the mountain

I cannot recommend buying anything from this company. I have previously owned 2 BKC kayaks the problem is not with the kayak it's with the company. I purchased but never received my third purchase and have been continually been lied to throughout the purchase. They just don't deliver what they sell. I have dealt with 2 employees Lazar and David both deeply religious men who have absolutely no problem lying repeatedly

Customer Service was awesome until they collected the money from the purchases. It’s mainly crickets or smoke and mirrors responses to string you along. The shipping company, AM Hone Delivery is really bad and Brooklyn stands by them. I’m Still waiting for either a refund or delivery. Awful!!!! Awful!!!! Awful!!! I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I would love to be positive here....I purchased a Kayak in March 2021. Still no Kayak and now it is almost August 2021. I am always polite and respecful on the phone, but now the company will not even return my calls. I would not do business with this company.

First, the customer service has been outstanding! Second, the product themselves have been just as great. I got almost immediate responses when I had questions about shipping and they made the whole process painless.

Ordered a kayak from this company and waited three months to receive and never did. I continually listened to their excuses for it not coming and at that time they blamed covid. Sadly, I had to cancel the order and went to another company who delivered my kayak within 2 weeks. Seems brooklynkayak is great at putting customers of and then blaming the customers bad atTitude for bad reviews. Fantastic products and the customer support is amazing. Their response time to emails and phone calls is great. We plan on ordering from them again. Absolutely recommend Brooklyn Kayak Company.
