This place is a paradise of good quality products that also make you feel good!
Facial was very nice and I got a few samples of fun products, but honestly it felt a bit judgmental. As someone who went with a gift certificate and usually uses more mainstream skincare, she gave a very strong air of “why on earth would you use those products” and “wow every single one of your pores is clogged damn”. It’s overall a great spot, but honestly beware if you’re new to holistic skincare and use things such as sunscreen or retinol of getting an earful.
I am updating this review as I just got off the phone with Michelle, who was extremely helpful and patient with my international order. Even though it was past closing time, she stayed on the phone with me to get my order and the overseas shipping taken care of. The products, services, and team here are as excellent as ever.
