Such a fantastic vet that I've been taking my cat to for nearly 10 years. Thorough, empathetic, cost conscious and the staff are wonderful.
TLDR: Charged for services I did not ask for. And after assurances on resolution, still have not heard back for weeks. So, I tried to resolve this situation directly with VH, but despite contact with their office assuring a response, and someone else on their staff reaching out to me assuring the same, I have heard absolutely nothing. We have been with this practice for a while and they seemed pretty capable. But post pandemic, it seems that profit motive has overtaken care and integrity.
