The vets are a little better at pretending to care but the people at the front desk just care about the green. There is no empathy at all.

Vinegar Hill Vet has provided excellent care for my dog over the past few years, from routine visits to emergency care. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the techs and doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and provide lots of pets and treats! In fact, my dog tries to go into the office whenever we walk past. I have never had an issue getting an appointment when needed, and we are always seen promptly. Thank you, Vinegar Hill Vet!!

If you're considering taking your pet to Columbia Place Vet/Vingar Hill Vet group, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this clinic involving both of my dogs. My previous dog was misdiagnosed here, and it wasn't until I sought a second opinion at the Animal Medical Center (AMC) -- using the same X-rays taken at Columbia Place -- that he was correctly diagnosed with cancer. Such a fantastic vet that I've been taking my cat to for nearly 10 years. Thorough, empathetic, cost conscious and the staff are wonderful.
