IF I COULD GIVE THIS REVIEW AT ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place is a total scam and has horrible customer service. THEY DON"T HAVE INSURANCE!!! It is under the name Ely Rug and Carpet Clean. The cleaners completely ruined my wool area rug, 2 chairs, and sofa bed.They were unprofessional, rude, and provided NO information on after care. The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. They did an outstanding job and my carpets look new again.
