And the work was completed quickly and successfully. The cons: The employee (Eli) who first came out to assess the situation tried to charge me double the quoted amount, called and texted repeatedly to demand payment, initially ignored and then mocked me when I questioned the amount charged, and was highly unprofessional. The locksmith helped me out whqen I was locked out of my apartment he was fast and professional and even he aligned the door that had been sticking and he also made me extra keys as well can't complain at all
Terrible experience. I had high expectations from other reviews and was thoroughly disappointed. The office set up an appointment for them to give me free estimates on a number of jobs. They said they’d arrive at 3pm. Showed up close to 4pm. We talked about 10 minutes about the scope of the jobs.
