Called to ask if the showroom was open to the public. The woman said the guy wasn't there on a Saturday due to a holiday. I asked for clarification and she wouldn't say if i needed to call for an appointment or could come by. I asked to clarify several times and said I don't understand and she didn't answer the questions then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. Still don't know if I need an appointment. They did an amazing job. Prompt in making the template, quick communication, installation in 7 days, and they even helped us out with cutting an extra piece when our oven didn't fit. The counters look absolutely beautiful--I strongly recommend!
