This was the best place I had lived in while in NYC. The location was accessible to get almost anywhere in the city, and the building itself had a rooftop, gym, and pool. What made this building stand out from the rest was the people that worked in it, however. From the porters, to the doormen, to even the property manager. All that worked here became friends. Management offering tons of incentives cuz tenants are moving out left and right. Poorly run building and the leasing office is not at all transparent - (tried telling me I would have to pay a fee with a broker and lose out on the incentives they are offering)

Doorman are great especially Wolfgang and Tim. Appliances may be a little dated but management is quick to resolve issues around the apartment
