I recently visited the clinic and while the doctor and nurses were great, my overall experience was extremely frustrating. I had a somogram arrived on time (15 minutes early) and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. I had to ask the woman at the front desk multiple times about my status, and her responses were dismissive. To make matters worse, two patients who arrived and were scheduled after me were called in before I was.
