Have lived here for about 11 years. Great location on the river. Very quiet /secluded apartments. Location is great. Well maintained.Lanlord is quick to get to any repair or problem you may have. On site laundry and storage space. Walk or drive to Wesco and or take a walk downtown Brooklyn.
Amazing place to rent!! The landlord is super responsive and helped us with any issues we had with the apartment. Apartments are very nice and newly remodeled. Would highly recommend living here
Jim and Renee were excellent landlords, The place was squeaky clean no issues what so ever. I will be buying a house in the area because of my experience at Brooklyn flats!
I am so thankful for Brooklyn flats and my landlord (Jim Anderson) I had to move in a hurry and they rushed around and got me into a beautiful apartment just in time I am very thankful and I love my apartment and the community around me very very happy!
