Great atmosphere with a great staff willing to help you make the best out of your workout! They teach you the basics first. They set you up with your gloves and wraps and assure you a proper fit for those. Once done they teach you the routine and you go from there! There a good amount of rounds and rest during the workout! Be prepared to do lots of other exercises besides just punching.
