Don’t know how to speak to customers basically they took my property and said they never did and then tried to throw me out of the store
The light meter on my Nikon FE2 stopped working. This was not a camera they typically work on, but they took it for me and ordered the parts needed to make the repair. James was extremely communicative and thorough, the camera has been working perfectly since I got it back. Will absolutely be coming back here for future repairs.
Big thanks to Keith at Brooklyn Film Camera for helping me troubleshoot some issues I was having with an SX-70 that I purchased at a thrift shop! The camera is now working and taking beautiful photos.
Arrived a bit late, but five stars for the quality service and ensuring that I received my camera before my honeymoon! The camera was well packed and showed up in perfect condition.
I went in worrying that my Christmas gift (Nikon FE2) was broken because the shutter would stick and turned out it was just dead batteries. Dan was really kind, helped me out and didn’t make me feel silly at all. I’m completely new to film cameras and the fact that it was simply a battery issue could’ve been an embarrassing experience, but I wasn’t made to feel that way.
