I’m truly disappointed that I have to leave this review but unprofessionalism and terrible customer service warrant this review. I did my consultation with the doctor last year which was great, but then I experienced some difficulties making an in-person appt. On 2 occasions I did have to cancel, but then the third time I went to the office for the receptionist to tell me my appt was the previous week, which was incorrect, as per the email confirmation.
