Most of my adulthood I experienced very bad chin and lip hair growth which I removed by tweezing my chin, neck and waxing my lip. From the constant tweezing I developed very bad skin irritation/ rashes which was so unsightly, etc. I never tried electrolysis as I was skeptical of the results and of course the long term costs. I had never gotten electrolysis prior to booking a session with Vicky. She explained the process thoroughly and with transparency (which I really appreciated considering my laser hair removal salon was deceptive). It’s always a joy going to a session because Vicky makes me feel comfortable and the conversation is fun, like you’re hanging out with a friend! Highly recommend if you’re thinking of trying out electrolysis!!

I always have a wonderful experience with Vicky. She is incredibly sweet and makes every appointment a pleasure with her great conversation/personality. The process is painless, and I really appreciated how accommodating she is with scheduling. The location is also lovely and spotless, making the whole experience feel even more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend her enough!
