The staff are friendly and the doughnuts are definitely nice. It was good to try but really won’t have it again.
Warm customer service and good value price! Value donut tasted fresh and soft
I have to agree with the below review. Some of the staff (probably the owners unfortunately) are very pushy with attempting to upsell and won't take no for an answer, unless said no is very straightforward to the point of having to come off as harsh! Not as harsh as them though. Be careful of sneaky surcharges too. An extra star earnt because of the nice young Asian staff (whom the mean staff tower over).
I visited Brooklyn Donuts in Chatswood for my birthday treat and was a little disappointed that the birthday gift options were limited to just the original glaze or cinnamon donut. I also felt a bit of pressure when the staff kept encouraging me to buy a drink, even though I don’t drink sweet beverages and had already had my coffee. That said, the staff were friendly, and the donuts looked amazing with lots of variety. The display was genuinely impressive, and I’d like to come back next time to try some of the other flavours... read more
