Ordered a flat white with oat milk, paid extra, and double-checked before leaving. I clearly saw regular milk being used and was still told it was oat milk. It wasn’t. Charging extra for oat milk and serving regular milk instead is unacceptable — especially when dietary requirements are involved. This is misleading and careless.
Really nice coffee and our personal favourite donuts are the red velvet and Nutella. Great staff, always friendly.
