Been waiting for a donut for 20 minutes and was told the dounut batch is coming out in an hour… you guys need to put a sign… I visited here 3 times so far and the owner(?, the lady ) look always angry. Wont be here again.
the pleasant young staff at this place are being let down by a severe lack of barista and hospitality training . owners need to get their act together. they could learn a thing or two from the toowong franchise....
Great donuts!!! Service is 50/50 but the donuts are fantatsic!!
Very disappointed with my experience at Brooklyn Doughnut. I drove all the way there because their website clearly stated they open at 8:00 am, only to arrive and be told by staff that they do not open until 9:00 am. This wasted my time and fuel, and it’s frustrating when businesses do not keep their online opening hours accurate. Please update your website so customers are not inconvenienced like this again.
