Signed up for loyalty club while buying the coffee as the sign said you get a free donut. Customer service lady said you will get your free donut with your coffee. When I came back for my coffee, another customer service person came and said sorry, no donut for you. Apparently first one who accepted my order didnt click some buttons.
I ordered a nutella donut the other day and it was great quality and fresh. There were many options so very difficult to choose from. Luckily the staff member who served me was lovely and suggested some popular ones. I asked the young girl who served mewhat her name was and if I can recall I believe it was Lucy. She was helpful, welcoming and had amazing customer service. Will definitely be back!
$40.0 for a box of 6 donuts and 2 choc brownies 😋 not bad price. Donuts not oily and they used quality ingredients 🥰🥰🥰 better then I expected but not best/top of my list. My youngest daughter had the brownie here before with her elder sister. She loved it, that’s why she took me here to get her more. Still her best brownie, so thank you 🙏 happy daughter, so, happy mummy❤️
I’m all for training up team members but maybe not during peak service times or maybe help them so we’re not waiting 15 minutes for 3 coffees
