Good dentists, but they show no flexibility and refuse to accommodate returning patients. Communication about timeframes and procedures was unclear. Patients should be the priority, not their insurance coverage.
I went in with great expectations because I knew 2 people that went here. But both my experiences were bad. 1st visit, I went in for a consultation and it was the quickest consultation I ever had. I didn't leave there feeling comfortable. I have been waiting for them to send the insurance company the recommended work they need to do. Called to make an appointment for the first time and the experience was painful. Not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day but I got a lecture to boot. I guess you’re not looking to take on new business with that type of service. Kindness and good listening skills go a long way.
