Very rude front desk woman ..one inexcusable.just now at 248 pm on Jan 14. to customer. She claims no dental insurance. My company said , as did my insurance provider, that I do have dental coverage, it is thru the employer on another company that provides dental. I was correct in that, but she was too inept to consider that. Unprofessional and antagonistic , and also displayed anger to customer. Their front staff has been inept and rude for years now. You lost a customer. Never again, and Don't contact me in future.
I've been here multiple times and Dr.Allen and her team are truly amazing. Its clean and smells wonderful.
Me and my wife been here multiple times always great service and friendly staff. Used to be scared of the dentist. They are so professional and good that I felt hardly nothing..
Please do not come here! We had to leave the office 5 minutes after arriving. The place smells so BADLY of mold , that mine and my daughters asthma kicked in immediately. We sat there for 5 minutes,with our shirts over our faces just to try to breathe ,and couldn't handle it anymore . Shes been waiting months for an appointment, but we had to leave !! THATS HOW BAD IT IS ! , most ppl don't realize that mold spores in the air cause major sickness and infections and gets on EVERYTHING, INCLUDING dental tools! And for a person ... read more
