Brought a denim jacket for a sleeve alteration. The staff is very nice. The problem: No attention to detail what so ever. The stitching is so poor. I get that the machines are different and all that but the effort was so low in order to deliver a good work. Maybe the basics they can do but nothing that requires real craftsmanship. Amazing work on my vintage Levi’s! They completely fixed the botched repair job done by another tailor. Perfect color match and such clean stitching that you can hardly tell the jeans were repaired at all. So grateful and will definitely be returning if I need anything else fixed!
My go to spot for alterations. The staff is very friendly and the service is very quick. I often drop stuff off and it’s ready same day or next day.
