Brooklyn dance project has truly been the best experience i have ever had in a dance studio. All the teachers push you to be your absolute best and will encourage you to try your hardest. My technique has improved dramatically the 2 years i have been here. Going to the studio is what i look forward to everyday. Best studio in Brooklyn!!
Brooklyn Dance Project has truly been an amazing journey for me. I have not only grown immensely as a dancer, but as a person too. It has taught me to be comfortable and proud of who I am, and to understand the way my body moves. I feel so lucky to be a part of Brooklyn Dance Project, and to have met all the incredible people I did.

The ONLY Place in Brooklyn as far as we are concerned or can imagine!!! Karine Newborn is not only a gifted dancer... She's an amazing teacher! Sooo patient, yet firm when needed (as was the case with my unfocused 3yo).... But what still resounds to this day - she's kind, brings ea. Child (& parent) into the Brooklyn Dance Project 'family'!!! Thru the four yrs my daughter took ballet - I became friends with Karine.... And now, 8 yrs later STILL count her as a precious friend!
