One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The team at Brooklyn genuinely care about their customers. Spencer, in particular, went out of his way to sort out an issue for us, while maintaining an amazing can do attitude. The clothing is top quality, timeless, and clearly made to last. I couldn’t recommend this store more—I’m a lifetime customer!
Shane has a noticeably disorganized and hurried approach that makes interactions feel more like a transaction under duress than any kind of service. When things get even slightly busy, his tone shifts short, dismissive, and clearly frustrated. It leaves customers feeling like they’re an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. As much as I want to support a local business, the manager Shane’s attitude disgusts me as he was barking orders at another employee when I was there shopping a while ago. Their sales promotion are also very weak as the “minimum” starting point discount in this economy should be at least -50% off and there isn’t really any of a sale unless their “current season” stock is at least 70-80% off msrp.
