Excellent service from pickup to delivery. My woven Flatweaves runner had a strong odor from moisture damage. The cleaning process completely removed the smell and restored the rug’s appearance.

My issue wasn’t even stains, it was just that the rug felt kind of “heavy” and old. Hard to explain. After cleaning, it just feels lighter and softer underfoot. It’s a hand-knotted piece, so I didn’t want anything aggressive done. They kept it natural, which I appreciate.

I sent out a rug that had been in a high-traffic area and had definitely seen better days. When it came back, it looked noticeably brighter and felt nicer to walk on. Even the areas that were more worn seemed improved. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
