They work wonders With a 4 year old staying with me, the floors are a mess. One call to Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners and it was a wrap. They came in for a few hours and it looked like they laid new carpet!

Emergency Wine Stain When my daughter graduated high school we had a party at our home. I was worried about her friends, but it was one of my friends that spilled a glass of red wine all over my oriental rug. I called the carpet cleaners right away, and they came that day (after the party ended of course). We went on a trip right after the party, and they held onto the rug for an extra week free of charge. They were honest, the rug was clean, I highly recommend this business.

A few weeks ago I moved, and the movers ripped the upholstery on my sofa. As if that wasn't bad enough the sofa was so dirty I didn't even want to sit on it. My friend gave me the number of Flat Rate Carpet. They came to my home that day to give me a price in person. The price was great, and he did the work right then and there. Only a few hours after I called my sofa was repaired, clean and dry. Now I can relax in my new home, and when I need my carpets cleaned I'll know who to call! They were helpful and did great work.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. High prices and terrible cleaning.The cleaning crews don't even speak English.Do not use this company.
