My rug was cleaned last week and delivered. I forgot to mention an advertisement I saw on google about a 20% discount. I called them back and they reimbursed me the 20% discount onto my credit card. They are very honest and stay by their word.

My carpets in my basement and steps were cleaned by brooklyn carpet and I am happy with how all the stains came out. Very professional.

Brooklyn Carpet really does good work. They are honest, never late and use all organic cleaning, this is why I have been using them for years.

I had my ottoman, couch and arm chair cleaned by Brooklyn Carpet a few days ago and they did a good job. Not only were the NOT late, they did a great job cleaning my furniture.
