not a real shop. traveled an hour to the location in Brooklyn, 25th and 5th, listed and there is nothing there. it is an autobody shop. i called a few times and left a voice mail. it has been now 5 hours and no call back. do not buy from them.

Thieves. They have over $400 of my money and will not respond to any calls or emails. No product delivered for over 3 months. They are crooks.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order almost one year ago for a cutting board and knife rack. I never received either product. I finally reached out months later and Nils eventually responded saying the rack was on backorder but that the board would ship “asap.” Months later, I still had nothing. After emailing Nils numerous times, I was told both items would be shipping. The cutting board did finally ship to me, but no knife rack. Last three or four emails to Nils have had zero response. I don't know what happened to Brooklyn butcher blocks...they took my money and never shipped my product. He responded to one email about very long backlogs and I never heard from him again. I asked for a refund, no response. I'll be disputing that charge. Buyer beware.

Ordered a butcher block and a knife rack from them early August - the butcher block arrived in October, but no knife rack, even though that was also in the shipping notification. They have not responded to emails nor calls.
