I had a really great experience here! All the staff are friendly and helpful and fun to be around, which is a huge perk when you’re doing physical therapy that can be tough/painful! I worked with Karina and she was amazing and got me running again!
While i have been a customer of BBW for over a year, i have failed to write a review up to this point because I find It hard to put into words the impact Melvin and the other therapists have had on my recovery both physically and mentally. After suffering a shattered leg and significant lacerations to my arm due to a motorcycle accident, I was in bad shape. They charged me $80 for late cancelations or no shows. When something comes up, you won't be able to cancel the same day. I probably won't be going back. I don't want to feel weird for late cancelations. But I might send them a charitable contribution for their help in the past. --- Very busy, kind of pricey, but can book calendars a month in advance. I wouldn't book so many appointments in advance as things do happen.
