My husband referred me to this shop as he has used it for years with his kids (who are now all grown up). My experience was more than what I expected, I was given an on the spot evaluation with a very fair quote and same day time of completion. Which turned out to be the highlight of my day. The bike was fixed and I couldn’t be more pleased!!
I took my bike in for greasing, The Bike Doctor did a full work up and informed and showed me that my bike needed grease on the bearing, I loose spokes and brakes needed replacing. My bike ride is night and day- WOW it rides as smooth as a Cadillac now. I Highly recommend The Brooklyn Bike Doctor. Come and see for yourself.
