It seems that Ryan Zagata always has a sassy/snarky response to critical reviews, regardless of what the customer is saying, so that should tell you everything you need to know about this company if you're reading this. Re-writing my review because the response to the first one was unnecessary. Firstly, I prefer to shop online, so that is what I did when it came to looking for a bike from this company. As I said in my original review, they have great bikes and customer service, minus the fact that one too many of their items showed up as available but were really on back order. Ryan was super helpful and knowledgeable. After going to many, many bicycle shops, I highly recommend visiting this showroom!
