It seems that Ryan Zagata always has a sassy/snarky response to critical reviews, regardless of what the customer is saying, so that should tell you everything you need to know about this company if you're reading this. Judging by his response to my last review, it seems he can't comprehend what I said. Re-writing my review because the response to the first one was unnecessary. Firstly, I prefer to shop online, so that is what I did when it came to looking for a bike from this company. As I said in my original review, they have great bikes and customer service, minus the fact that one too many of their items showed up as available but were really on back order. I bought a Franklin 8 speed bike from Brooklyn two years ago. They had glowing reviews and there was a wait time (with the pandemic-related supply chain issues) for more established brands, so I decided to take a chance with this bike. I've only used it for everyday urban trips and had issues right from the start. It seems the manufacturing quality is suspect. The bike topples over easily and the parts come off.
