We have always had firm mattress and enjoyed them until just the past few years when we started to question whether our aches and pains were due to activity or have we changed in our sleeping needs. We liked and currently love our Brooklyn bed. The salesman, Al was nice, informative and not salesy. I love the fact the bed has replaceable topper. We can swap out the firmness if we like. Amazing benefit vs the other brands.

We had a great experience at Brooklyn Bedding. The mattress we bought here 4 years ago was sagging (very unusual for this quality of mattress) Our sales representative Steve told us their beds have a 10 year warranty. We were able to get a new comparable high end bed for just the difference in price! It will be delivered in 2 days. Great care and customer service! Thanks Steve for making everything right.

I had a really good experience at this store. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the customer service I received from the salesperson, Al, was so great that I needed to express it publicly. He was knowledgeable, asked genuine questions, and his relaxed demeanor made the entire process less challenging.
