We had a great experience at Brooklyn Bedding. The mattress we bought here 4 years ago was sagging (very unusual for this quality of mattress) Our sales representative Steve told us their beds have a 10 year warranty. We were able to get a new comparable high end bed for just the difference in price! It will be delivered in 2 days. Great care and customer service! Thanks Steve for making everything right.

I had a really good experience at this store. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the customer service I received from the salesperson, Al, was so great that I needed to express it publicly. He was knowledgeable, asked genuine questions, and his relaxed demeanor made the entire process less challenging.

Truly the best mattress you can buy. They also have the nicest people really trying to help you, rather than make a sale. They are changing the mattress industry for sure!

Love our new mattress! Al was a great salesperson and really took his time with us. No pressure at all. The two drivers Chris and Alonso did a great job setting it up and explaining again how everything worked. Very pleased!
