Marcell is a fantastic store manager. He was very knowledgeable about all models and features and ver easy to work with. Took all the time we needed to make the right choice for us. Explained clearly the differences in the 2 models we wore choosing from
Marcel was so helpful! We bought an RV mattress and needed it delivered to a small town. He made the whole process easy and the delivery went without problems. We’ve had the mattress now for 6 months and it is wonderful! We’re going to return to get another mattress for our house.
Our experience with Brooklyn Bedding was outstanding. The beds are extremely comfortable, and are even made in the USA, right here in Phoenix, Arizona. Marcel helped us get the Sedona mattress with an adjustable base. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find what we really needed. We couldn't be happier.
Marc was very knowledgeable. His information helped us decide which mattress to try. It was just delivered on September 23rd so it's to early to comment on the mattress but their customer service was excellent.
