I have done a lot of shopping online and educating myself. I did not intend to buy today. I was already kind of leaning to the Brooklyn Bedding after researching and finding they are made in Arizona, but I was expecting a hard sell which I did not get. I had 2 other brands (better known and more advertised) which I was strongly focused on but decided to not pursue after Marcel talked with me and led me to convince myself. The subject of the others never came up. I am excited! Thank you Marcel!
We just bought the Sedona Elite mattress in a king size and Marcel made us feel confident in our purchase! He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the differences in quality, function, and cost to us. We really appreciate his help and are very excited to get our new bed.
I have not yet received the bed, so I will speak only of the sales experience. Elizabeth was excellent, thoroughly and patiently explaining all features and benefits of the bed we selected. Definitely worth a visit to this store.
Great experience here! The staff were super helpful in helping me pick out a new bed, and there’s plenty of mattresses on the showroom floor to try. I think almost anyone can find a mattress that suits their needs here with the variety out on display. Highly recommend.
Elizabeth was friendly, helpful, and a joy to work with. The quality of mattresses was great and she helped us find a mattress that was comfortable and within our budget. We'll definitely be back!
