This is our second mattress with Brooklyn Bedding. We specifically came back to this particular store for Armando Ybarra. He treated us so good the first time we had to come back for the exceptional customer service again. The same goes for our mattress. We love our Brooklyn Bedding mattresses. We highly recommend this mattress and this store!
We like supporting local businesses and after we walked in it didn’t take long for us to realize we came to the right place. Armando was extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but he found us exactly what we needed. Now anxiously waiting for it to built and delivered!
We had a very good experience with Armando and Ryan, they were very helpful and explained the features. Would recommend them if you're looking for beds.
We were treated wonderfully, no high pressure sales. We visited several other stores, after Brooklyn Bedding, before returning to Brooklyn Bedding and making our purchase. We have had the mattress now for several weeks and am sleeping better. Installation was professional and they returned and lowered it for us free of charge. I have enjoyed working with this company.
