The service was immaculate from the moment I walked in to holding the door as I left. It smelled great. The manager wasn’t pushy and even offered up his comfy chair. Best customer service by far. He even offered to mail a gift to my brother for referring me.
They were very helpful locating shorter legs to use on our bed frames
Armando was wonderful and I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding for any mattress purchases. I chose the Sedona Elite because it’s made here in Phoenix and quality is superb and so soothing and comfortable for my disabled and aching body. Not to mention the warranty of 10 years!!! I would absolutely purchase another mattress in the future from Brooklyn Bedding.
Amanda was excellent with helping me and I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding. The beds are built here in Phoenix, the quality is superb and the beds I chose, The Sedona Elite— suits my body perfectly and helps reduce the pain I have in my upper back. Every person’s body is different, but this certainly was the one and the store for me.
