I’ve had my mattress now for just over a year and am officially looking at getting a new mattress. I have severe, shoulder and hip pains that started a few weeks after getting this mattress. I was told to give it more time to “break in” the mattress but it has only become worse. This mattress is not for side sleeping for sure because that’s when my shoulder pain gets really bad. It’s a beautiful mattress just not comfortable and definitely too expensive to have this much pain.
Very nice in-store customer service
Great store. We went there to look at a mattress for our travel trailer other than the original low end Brooklyn Bedding mattress we purchased 4 years ago. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff.
Sales person Aldo was fabulous! Mattress we selected super comfortable and great warranty. Price was reasonable and we appreciated that it is made locally! Arrives in 2 weeks, can’t wait!
