Beautiful location. Great weather. Nice places to live. But if you want to take a look be prepared to find NO parking. I would have thought the developers would have wanted to make it easy for people to look at their great places, but apparently not!

Very nice area on the Oakland waterfront. A little close to 880 noise-wise, but I guess that makes it convenient. A bit of a walk from Lake Merritt BART, but it's doable. Buses run frequently if you don't want to walk or ride.
