Very disappointing service. My order was wrong, and instead of handling it politely, the staff and manager were defensive and chose to cancel the order. This wasn’t the first bad experience, so I won’t be returning. I hope management takes the repeated complaints about customer service seriously.
The best in all of DC and northern VA, and I’m a tough bagel critic. 10/10.
