Dr. Rubin and Brooklyn Audiology are fantastic. They have been my partner in my hearing loss from day one and always provided me with great care.
Brooklyn Audilogy Associates is very unprofessional in reaching out and returning calls.i should of known that my experience with them was not gonna go good from begining trying to make appointment was terrible no one was available its when i threaten to go elsewhere is when i received call back and then explained my issue and what i needed they took insurance information and till now never a retuen call to now what next steps.i do not recommend not professional
Dr Rubin is an exceptional doctor and human being. He takes the utmost care with his patients and is truly and genuinely kind. My father has had such success in his care that my husband and I are becoming patients too!
